Ron Mclaughlin - President
Ron joined Detroit Archers in 1981, was appointed to the board in 1984 and elected to the board in 1985 through 2002 when he became president. An archery instructor and DNR certified Hunter Safety instructor, Ron belongs to MUCC, NFAA, MAA, Tuscola County Conservation Club, DASV, and is a Life Member of the NRA.

Chris has been a member since 1978 and has served as board member, vice president, and is the current treasurer (a position he also held a number of years ago). He currently assists on the Saturday Morning Archers program and in the past has run the Tuesday Night Target League, the Friday Night Fun League, and the Broadhead League (though that was a long time ago).

Nick di cresce
Involved in several programs educating youth and adults about the great outdoors, Nick is a Level 4 NTS Coach with USA Archery, NFAA Pro, Nationally Certified Interpretive Guide working with the MI-DNR, USFS, and Huron Clinton Metro Parks, a hunter safety instructor and the 2014 National Wild Turkey Federations Educator of the year.
He is the head coach for Wayne State University archery team, and coaches one of the largest JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) teams in MI. Nick is the Archery Coordinator for the City of Farmington Hills, and sits on several boards including MI High School Archery Association Metropolitan Archery Association, and MAEOE (MI Alliance for Environmental and Outdoor Education).
Nick is also on the MI-DNR Pro Staff for Outdoor Skills at the Hunt and Fish Center in Cadillac MI, Pro Staff shooter at MJC Archery, and Hips targets to name a few. He has a passion and love of the out doors and teaching! Nick and his wife Dellashon have 5 kids, who all shoot archery, and enjoy the great out doors.

A member since 2010 when he first entered the world of archery. With what started as zero understanding of the sport has since turned competitive in nature. Tony competes on a local, state and national level in both recurve and compound disciplines with his focus on Olympic-style recurve. He is a USA Archery Level-2 instructor, USA Archery Judge and staff shooter for Carbon Express, Spot Shooter Archery, Ram Rods stabilizers, Killer Beez Archery, Jager Archery Products and Motor City Archers. Kevin has been a member since 2007, joining the club to keep in practice for deer hunting. He currently runs the Sunday Evening 3D League in the winter and the Memorial Day 3D shoot each spring. He has two children that also shoot at the club with his son participating on the Farmington Public Schools Archery Team.
